Return process

If you need to return the goods if you need to return the goods, please ensure that the outer packaging is intact . And after receiving the package:

- 7 days, take photos, return goods, contact customer service, apply for return. After the return request is approved, we will send you a specific return guide.

- 14 days, you return the item to the German warehouse or other location we have made by courier.

The shipping cost and risk of return will be borne by the customer.

The goods caused by the return process are damaged and the package is lost. We are not responsible and will not refund. After the return request has been approved, please carton to package the items that need to be returned.

(2) Return request

Because of the special nature of the book, we will not accept your return request after receiving torn off the plastic or damaged product, we will not give you Return, refund (in this case, you can transfer it in the WeChat group).

Refund process

2. If the package returned due to the following reasons, you need to deduct the shipping cost + return shipping cost (the amount is the amount in the shipping table above *2):
